Batimat is engaged
The Group has invested in recyclable packaging to reduce the impact on the environment and is continuing to reduce pollution due to plastic bags.
At Batimat Dakar, Batimat Cotonou, Batimat Niamey, Batimat Banjul and Batiplus Libreville, the plastic bags issued at the cash point have now been replaced by biodegradable Kraft paper bags.
These activities are written into the CSR Strategy of the Batimat Group, who engage to respect the environmental standards by undertaking actions which will reduce its impact on the environment.
